BORO PARK – Last Thursday the NYPD arrested Jacob Daskal on charges of raping a 16 year old. Besides the obviously horrendous crime, this arrest is a big deal because Daskal is the president of Boro Park  Shomrim (“Guardsâ€) – the private, Orthodox Jewish, security force that patrols Borough Park. There are other Shomrim groups that patrol Flatbush, Crown Heights and Williamsburg .  They may easily be mistaken for the NYPD, and to many in the Orthodox Jewish enclaves in Brooklyn they effectively are. Shomrim have a command centers that look like the NYPD’s, down to the slogan of Courtesy, Professionalism, Respect: Their shield could  easily be mistaken for NYPD  at a distance: Shomrim grew out of a neighborhood watch group known as the “Bakery Boys†in 1990s – young men who delivered bread at night and witnessed lots of car break-ins,  but the group has always been controversial . Daskal was a founding member, and has been an intermediary between the NYPD’s 66th Pre...

Oftentimes, failure to attain our goals and realize our full potential is a direct result of our  limiting belief system .   We all have them. Our beliefs are deep seeded  (basically anchored)  in our subconscious mind.  For example, have you ever caught yourself making a statement like, “I’m not good at time management” or “I’m terrible with numbers so I won’t understand financials”?  These are examples of limiting beliefs that people  construct in their mind that they then think to be true.  They then become beliefs that falsely define you, and keep you from making good choices. They limit you from taking advantage of opportunities. They keep you “stuck” and unable to move forward.  They remain in your subconscious as “truths”, therefore your conscious mind believes them to be true and acts accordingly.  Ultimately, limiting beliefs keep us trapped in a negative state of mind and therefore become the root obstacles that deter us from living the life we truly desire. What causes our l...

A healthy diet and regular exercise are important foundations for stabilizing and balancing its biochemical equilibrium. So, the best way to accelerate your metabolism is NRM consumption. ACUMULLIT SA TECHNOLOGY The Acumullit SA technology allows the beneficial properties of the whole food botanical ingredients to be preserved and enhanced. A state-of-the art extraction process triggers the activation of the botanical compounds, so that nano-particles of the active compounds can be isolated without other substances in the plant. This causes a thinning of the cellular membranes of the fruits, herbs and seeds, and a release of the botanical components like micro and macro elements, phytonutrients, bioflavonoids, organic acids and antioxidants, making them more bioavailable. The isolated particles are forming negatively charged nano elements, creating an activated mix of highly absorbable nutrients. The activated mix of preserved and enhanced whole food plant extracts is then added t...
